Help!!!

I've 23 hens including 1 cockerel and they've 3 coops to sleep in.  I've a wooden coop, a solway plastic coop and the 3rd one is an Eglu cube.  The Eglu cube was bought second hand and came with 3 hens.  Problem I'm having is getting any to sleep in the Eglu including the 3 which came with it.  They all cram into the other 2 coops.  How do I train them to use the Eglu too???  Is force the only answer???

Have you checked it to see if there are red mites present? Not wanting to go in the coop at night is often the first sign of an infestation.

Seriously though, have you tried shutting the door of one of the other coops?
