Omlet kindly sent me a replacement as I thought it was faulty as it was impossible to open, we had to tip the food in, this is Ok for a quick fix, however I would like to wash it from time to time, it takes two of us to work from each side trying to lift the top off, the reason I like the green feeder is it keeps the food nice and dry, and sit very well on the side the enclosure. Cat tails Posted October 16, 2020 Share Posted October 16, 2020 With lots of effort... haven’t done it often myself, but do remember it wasn’t the easiest. It does help when the plastic is warm.
