It's one of my pet rants too, and I see loads of people on their phones, sat in traffic queues when I'm walking Rosie to school - I go up and knock on their windows sometimes and remind them that it's illegal. I nearly got splatted by a lorry whose driver was on the phone. He stopped (mainly because I was in front of him and he'd pulled into me) and got out and said that he hadn't seen me.. I ask you - NOT SEEN ME? has anyone seen how big and bright my green van is??????!!!! I gave him a piece of my mind and said that if my daughter had been in the van at that time and endangered, I'd have called the police.
