any advice on how to actually change the cat litter with maya litter tray?

i recently bought the maya litter tray and i love it! 

the only problem is I am struggling to figure out how to change the litter? as the bag is a soft material I can get the dirty litter into my rubbish bags like normal. 

does anyone have any advice on how to make this process smoother?
