Mine love corn and I enjoy pretending to be a farmer's wife, throwing corn to the hens in a graceful arc . Nothing graceful about them, however .

 

think i'll give mine in a coop cup (paranoid about rats and mice hoovering up the spillages)

Pretty sure there won't be any left for the mice and rats! It's all gone at an incredible speed! It also keeps them busy searching for it while they're in the run.

Im glad im not the only one. We buy all of our chicken stuff from the local farmer's supplies warehouse, I love it when we go as when we are queuing at the till with all our chicken goodies people must think we are farmers!!!! (and not that we live in a poxy semi in a cul-de-sac )
