Does anyone have a good tote bag pattern (easy) I could follow? I want to make it hopefully out of that shiny vinyl used for wipe clean tablecloths. You usually buy it off the market off the roll or from Dunelm! I've seen a poppy design that I like! I need it to be wipe clean, coz of all the sun cream & oil it will get on it! Hope you can help. Snowy Posted January 12, 2008 Share Posted January 12, 2008 Sorry I don't have a pattern as such Emma, I just sew two squares together for the outer and two for the lining and put them together. The handles are just folded strips of fabric stitched between the lining and outer. Oh, and I sew across the corners at the bottom before putting the inners and outers together to make the wider bag base. The squares are about 18" x 18" before sewing.
