Can you flip some my way? We dont have them as Paul is coeliac and it seems rather cruel to have lovely yummy pancakes in front of him

no problem, have your plate ready about 6.30 and one will be flipped your way! perhaps we might have the longest flip!!

 

can you make them with gluten free flour?? or do they go abit odd??

 

my next door neighbour has the same thing i will ask her if she has pancakes made in a special way. ooops forgot she is on her jollies but i shall ask when she comes back.

Buckwheat pancakes are nice - are they suitable? Buckwheat is a member of the rhubarb family so not a grain.

sorry I was a bit late - but they still tasted lovely.

 

I dont know about buckwheat - gluten free pancakes do tend to go a bit odd - more like gluten free blobby mess really
