CatsCube
Me again. I got a squash in my veg box today and I want to make a soup with it for my OH to take into work with him next week for lunch in a thermos along with a home made roll (spoint isnt he!) My question is, how long could I keep the soup in the fridge for? I know it can be frozen, but I wouldnt be able to defrost it for a thermos each day. I could do with just being able to keep in in the pan in the fridge and tipping some into the flask each day. WOuld it ast 3/4 days do you think? Christian
3-4 days would be fine, i'm sure. OH makes soup all the time and it sits on the fridge for a few days. He doesn't add any dairy though. We have sweetcorn and pea soup in the fridge at the moment.
