Scotty
...So 4 chickens and one of them Flossy was a little shy, not coming out of the big brother diary room and totally not enjoying life That is until today!!! - I opened the door this morning and out she popped, trotted down her little ladder, shortly followed by the other 3 (giving her sideway glances of course!!) - I opened the run door and she came a little closer... gosh is this the same Flossy who was scared of her own shadow? - out she hopped allowing me a quick stroke and pat on the head! (I did notice she had been pecked on her comb and it was bleeding a little but she doesn't seem worried about this? - should I put anything on this or just leave it? She has since been roaming around the garden pecking at the grass and flowers and happily cherping to herself... So not so Shy after all... Egluntyne
I would just leave it, unless it starts to bleed again. Good for Flossy!
