Yep, it's official, after the week from hell last week, I am officially back in love with my chooks.

 

After a rough ride with our new and old chooks, they seem to be settling down now that they are all ranging in our big pen.... oh how i wish i could figure out how to post photo's, got some fab ones in the snow this weekend.

 

We built them a snow man and a Sun deck in the cube run and they love it!! Our new ones have taken ownership and look like they should be sipping cocktails up there ... all relaxed.

 

 

Still some feather pecking going on, but things are much calmer. I have bumper bits at the ready, but things are so much calmer I hope not to have to use them. I hope the peace continues as they are all gorgeous

Thanks Sarah, I think the snow has helped in a funny way. I still don't have the heart to close the door at night incase a fight breaks out inside, but I think, hope things are better.
