Egluntyne
My mum spoke to the solicitors yesterday afternoon, and apparently when the current owners bought up more land the land registry was never informed. Thats one little odditty sorted but it still leaves us unsure about several other things. We will see what todays twist in this tale brings I think That is a relief at least. Keanie Bean
When we bought this house the solicitor held us up for a month checking out planning permission on the swimming pool conversion - that is the swimming pool that was converted to a 3 bed bungalow IN NEXT DOORS GARDEN!!! Frankly if it didn't have planning permission it didn't bother me! I'm sure they just find stuff to charge you£35 a letter for, because they know how to do it and you dont (well unless you do of course) Sarah.x
Lesley
Stick it out Sarah - all good things are worth waiting for! We had so many problems along the way - if you go back approx. two years in Nesting Box, you may find my original Good Life topic............that would make you feel better
