How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

My girls have taken to pecking up small pieces of the hemcore and eating it. It seems to be tiny pieces that are damp. Is this a problem? Will they be able to grind it up in their crops?

 

The hemcore has been down for about 6 weeks but I have only noticed them eating it today.

I've seen mine eat little bits too. We haven't had them long and they are trying everything to see whats edible. So far there have been no ill effects

yes mine also eat the little bits, I've also seen them eat the pieces that they kick into the glug water aswell

 

all 4 chooks still alive and kicking!

Watching them more closely they seem to be eating pooey hemcore which has put me off their eggs. Time to change the hemcore I think
