Martin B
Hia, can someone help me please! I don't understand how compost is made. We put all the stuff into the compost bin and at the bottom(just checked) is compost. I don't understand how we put rotting carrots, veg s"Ooops, word censored!"s, branches etc in and then compost is made. Can somebody please tell me what happens? Kind Regards Martin

Martin B
Thanks, I'll turn it over tomorrow and look at the quality of the compost and add some more stuff.
Linda
It's really interesting, isn't it Martin. I'm always talking to my daughters about how goodness is given back to the earth. It's a very clever system, but that's nature for you.

Linda
Sounds like good way to spend the day - exercise, fresh air - very healthy! Plus the bonus of lots of appreciation from your nan.
