chickencam
Right here goes, this is from my Morphy Richards Fastbake book:- Raisin bread ( I will give you both measurements for 1 and half lb and 2lb loaves because I don't know the size of you machine) 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 cups water 3 or 4 tablespoons milk powder ( I tend to just use warm milk) 3 or 4 tablespoons sunflower oil 1 or 2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 or 2 teaspoons salt 3/4 or 1 teaspoon cinnamon 3 or 4 cups strong flour ( says white but 50/50 would work but you may need to check the liquid content of the dough during 1st kneading and it will probably make a more dense loaf 1 or 1/2 teaspoons fast action yeast you may need slightly more if using wholemeal 5/8 or 3/4 cup raisins I tend to add loads add fruit when beeper sounds or it ends up mashed into the loaf
