Mrs Frugal Posted April 9, 2005 Share Posted April 9, 2005 In answer to Sarah's request in the Camp Coffee topic, here's a recipe for Oliver's Pudding - a self saucing choca mocha pudding. Oliver's Pudding Sauce 2oz light muscovado sugar 1/2 oz cocoa 1/2 pint boiling water 2 tsp Camp coffee Sponge 3oz margarine 3oz light muscovado sugar 2oz self raising flour 1oz cocoa 2 eggs icing sugar to dust Grease an 8" dish. Beat all the ingredients for the sponge together and spoon into dish. Level top. Mix the sugar and cocoa together in a bowl. Mix the Camp coffee and boiling water together. Sprinkle the cocoa/sugar mixture over the top of the sponge mixture and pour over the hot coffee. Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 35-40 minutes. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
