Sponge cake question

I would suggest that after weighing them in their shells, you crack them into a bowl before you measure out the other ingredients. In case you drop one on the floor! :oops:

 

Also, it's a good idea to write down the weight of each ingredient at the time you weigh it. I wasn't sure if I'd weighed out the right amount and had to do some reweighing just to be sure.

 

Lovely cake though!
