Blackrocksrock
Yesterday there was an almighty noise from a chicken so I went to see what was going on - Henrietta in the shed up on a piece of wood and the cat underneath - she was screeching fit to burst. Chased my cat and caught her and put her back in the netting. To-day she started making a noise and I came inside to watch from the window - she sailed over the fence making for the shed. I headed her off and put her back in yet again. She was really determined and as I strengthened the fence she tried to see where to fly over - I then got angry with her and decided to shut her in the eglu run on her own - result she is in the nestbox - well cannot see an egg from yesterday in the shed but there is so much rubbish in there there could be!. I hope she settles down and lays in the eglu after her time out

Blackrocksrock
I don't really want to - I have tried to tighten up the netting. I would rather she could fly than get caught by the cats - They are determined too to get the hens! 2 x killer bengal cats methinks!! They are lining up for a soaking when they go for my girls!
