I don't think I walk enough. :oops: I wear them all the time and have found no aching muscles. I guess that means they aren't working (as in giving me great legs :lol: ) but they are really comfortable and look better than my Crocs so it isn't all bad.

Well I've been wearing them at home all day every day trying to break them in. I do find my legs ache at the end of the day so hopefully they are working. I walk a long way with the dog every day so hopefully I'll be able to do that soon once they stop hurting my toes!
