sounds very similar to me, except I wear orange crocs (I feel it adds to the look)

Charlie chick your cube should come with the modification- two black plastic pipes on the back.

Mine should have this, but doesn't.

I'm not sure if all the newer cubes need this though Jules, as I think they rectified the problem, I think the early cubes were the ones that needed the retro-fit things. Anyway, see how it goes and if necessary water your cube with a watering can and see it it leaks.

I have watered it, & it does leak but it wasn't quite level, so I've levelled it, & will now wait for the rain.
