Why might it be going back?

edit : Never mind, I see why from the other thread

[Jules.]

Just spoken to hubby, he's told me not to be daft

[redfrock]

don't send it back Jules - I promise you will love it, ... plastic bars or not. I really wouldn't be without mine now. Hopefully Johannes will reply to you. Hey and just think plastic bars might give them sweaty feet

[Jules.]

No plastic bars for me- I've had my reply from Johannes.

It's just a shame that I missed out- but hey hum, life's not that bad

It took me about an hour & half to put the cube up, with the help of my manual screwdriver, & my 4 yo.

It looks quite a snug fit, which I am pleased about, , but I'm not sure I have the retro moulded anti leak fit devices on my cube, here's some photos & if you can say yes or no to the modification then I would be grateful

I really like the colour- I was expecting it to be darker, more like a "Wimbledon" purple, & it looks really BIG in my garden.

[redfrock]

hmmmm, looks exactly the same as mine, so I would presume you haven't got the bits fitted.... but I could be wrong

[Jules.]

I forgot to say that when I placed my order I asked if my cube would come with the modification, & was told yes.

[The Dogmother]

Jules - email your photos to Johannes and ask him to check.

[Jules.]

Thanks Claret I have just done so.

Looks great Jules!

Looks Great!!

[Egluntyne]

Looks great Jules.

I wouldn't fret about the plastic bars as they are an unknown quantity as yet.

When a few of us have road teated them and "reviewed" them maybe you could get some.

You never know.

Hi Jules - if you look in the runners the roof slides on you should see some black plastic funnel type things in the holes at each end, if it has the modification - I don't think there is anything else......

[Chickvic]

Looks very purple would go well with my blue eglu...

[poachedegg]

Jules - it looks great!

We are still thinking of getting one - so would be great if you would be so kind as to let us have a nosey when you are sorted.

[Stevie]
