Hevvur
Straw is not recommended, hay should be given, and be available at all times.
victoriabunny
Mine have straw as bedding and have a nibble on it now and again, but they're not that bothered really. As Hevvur says, hay is the most important thing and should be available all the time in unlimited amounts. On top of that, they need a few fresh veg each day (go easy on the carrots, broccoli and swede are better for them) and a small amount of pellets. Weigh these out according to recommendations for your bunny's weight and don't overfeed or you'll end up with a chubby bunny.
The Dogmother
As recommended above. Mine like straw as a diversion - they spend ages shredding it! Straw is for bedding, hay is for eating (and essential)
Cat
one of our rabbits use to move the straw out her way it was very funny when she had a long bit of straw she would move it to one side but it would still be in front of her she'd move it to the other side. she could't work it out that this would continue for some time till she chew'ed it in half briony
