Egluntyne
One thing that has upset me the most was when I was asked if I was having withdrawals from alchohol.. Good lord, how insensitive some people are. Just imagine if you actually were. A friend of mine has a benign esential tremor which came on in her 20, for no obvious reason, and she is now in her 40s. She has found yoga very helpful. Good luck. I hope you find a practitioner who can help you.
Cooks
Thanks Egluntine, Yes I know some people dont know when to keep their mouths shuts unfortunately. Speak first think later. I have a hospital appointment regarding this is August for my annual check up so I think if all else fails I could discuss things with him then, however I dont believe he will prescribe anything other than drugs, so I wanted to know if there were any safer alternatives. I have to get the guts to arrange an appointment to talk to someone I guess I might actually look into the Yoga, as my SIL said that would help my posture ages ago! and wanted me to go, but I always have excuses
