chickencam
We went to our local garden centre yesterday lunchtime, to find that they were having a sale. We bought:- 2 redcurrant bushes £1 each 1 fig tree £1 1 black grape vine £1 1 raspberry plant in a pot about 3 canes £1 We only went for some lettuce plants because we have a bit of a gap in our own sowings We ended up spending £17 and coming out with all of the above and 2 huge Heucheras £2 each, 2 courgette plants big ones 75p each, cauliflower plants and January King cabbage plants. Went to the allotment at 8am came back home at 1.30pm and then spent the rest of the afternoon planting our bargains and pottering around the garden and greenhouse while the children cooked roast beef and yorkshires with a little supervision and finishing by us. My kind of Sunday and Spain won the Euro's and I had a £1 on them at 5-1 but I was very tired when I went to bed last night after watching Glastonbury on interactive A good day
