doesnt sound too good does it? :(

Can you pick her up and put her into a blanket lined/straw lined box?

Take her indoors and keep her warm, if you think she looks like she needs the vet, then contact them.

Really hope she pulls through.

Thank you for your concern people. Tango is fine now. This was actually a couple of days ago when it was really hot and I think that she got a little over heated. I did not realise that my daughter had made it sound worse than it was - apologies and I will be having words!

They do sunbathe with one wing extended and flopped onto the ground so perhaps your daughter had not seen that before and was just concerned.

Whew! Glad she's OK (hope your daughter is too - I trust you were gentle with her  ).

Yes, I was quite gentle with her :!: I know how concerned people are on the forum and just explained that I was quite happy for her to post questions that I couldn't answer but that it wasn't fair to just post things to see if she got a reply. Having said that, she was chuffed to bits to get replies.

She posted another one about soft eggs about a week after it happened but I don't think that she has had the inclination since!

PS Love the pictures - especially Maisie
