Just wondered if anyone had tried washing the shades on the hand wash cycle of the washing m/c ?

Mine could use a good clean and I thought that would be easiest

I've done it on a gentle wash and they have survived.

Oh good - everything else has been pressure washed and moved today so it would be bice to get the shades smartened up

yes ive washed mine in the machine and even put them in the tumble drier (everything goes in my tumble drier ), on a cool heat with a watchful eye out aswell.
