Below is a prayer from Mother Teresa. I dont think it matters if you believe in God or not, or whether you are Christian / Jew / Muslim / Hindu or not.

The words are worth thinking about

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God: It was never between you and them anyway.

I've printed out two copies - one for above my computer at home and one for work. I will try to live by them (but anyone who has seen my rant "grrrrrrr" will know its not always easy

Mel, I haven't come across that before, but I really like it.

 

On those occasions when I ask'Oh, what's the point?/I give up', the point really is that THAT is what I believe I should be doing and want to do. That is the point: being the person that I want and choose to be, regardless of what other people think or say.
