I finally had the chance to get there to claim a jute bag for buying organic fruit and veg. When I got to the checkout and asked about it the girl looked totally blank and thought I'd asked for cashback! Anyway, after I had spoken to a THIRD person, she came back and said 'do you mean one of these?' When I said yes, she said they weren't doing that offer anymore and the bags cost £1.99 each.
