The wooden one has Red Mite and the Cube does not, so I am going to get an Eglu to replace the wooden house a.s.a.p. Has anyone found Red Mite in their Eglu? Snowy Posted August 9, 2008 Share Posted August 9, 2008 You can still get red mite in the eglu/cube - although I don't think it is as common. The main thing with the eglu/cube is that it can be eradicated so easily. Just a good wipe clean and sprinkle with barrier red mite/diatom.
