Chicken on a mission
Great to be back on here. I haven't been on for a while (except the healthy eating thread) because I have been spending a lot of time getting out and about or on a weight loss forum for motication. Anyway I'm back again now but there are far too many posts to catch up on for me to read them all and not only that, my blooming computer has knocked off all the red arrows showing the updated topics Please can somebody just give me a a quick update on what I have missed since Gina had her baby because I wouldn't know where to start
Richard T
Welcome Back COMA. Well, there have been two main topics: cars and the World Cup. You girls just never stop talking about cars . I'm just a typical man. All I know about mine is that it's silver. Everybody is really pleased that the World Cup is on and that it's completely taken over the TV schedules. But because Wales didn't qualify, "Ooops, word censored!"ody can decide which team we should all be supporting. The choices are: Czegg Republic; Chick Republic (who are really groovy baby!); Egguador; Meggsico; Paregguay; Serbia & Monteneggro; Trinidad & Tobeggo; and Trinnydad & Susannabago (I made that one up ). That's about it really. Richard T PS And the Forum now has a bar and a swimming pool.

Guest
Am trying to do weight watchers on my own A neighbour lost half a stone on his first week at slimming world That doesn't sound very healthy - you wouldn't lose that much with dysentery!! (in fact - there's an idea! A new weight-loss club - "Dysentery World" - would go perfectly with the Botox clinic next door... ) Phil

Lipo trim would be a good one to start on because it is used in hospital based obesity clinics. What you don't realise it that for sombody not particularly overweight then 1/2 stone is a lot to lose in one week but for somebody like me who started off with 6 stone to lose, 1/2 stone is a small proportion of your body weight. I lost 6.5lbs on my first week and I lost the least because I had the least to lose. Losses came up to about 13lbs.
