e just got two lovely fayoumi hens does anyone know anything about them?. not much info on the net, they are really splendid they have golden heads and speckly bodies..

Dan and Debs have a Fayoumi. Similar in looks to the campines, different comb. Lay a small white egg.

Thanks for your replies... I read that they are a bit dominant does this mean that they will rule the rest of the roost?...they are currently being kept apart from the other girls, along with the other hens we bought with them, 2 Appenzellers and a speckled Sussex and they are fine together...

They are young still, but when I put them with my 4 Pepperpots and 3 Ginger Rangers, and two bantams will there be HAVOCK!!!
