How can I find my old pictures?

hi my chicks are now 4 weeks and i get my eglu in 12 days so they wll be nearly 6 weeks when can they go into it and stay in it for good

I just put my 4 week old chicks in the so they should be fine in the as they won't have theramp issue. Mine are bantam babies too so they are very tiny.

If they have been used to being outside ie away from their mother or the brooding lamp, they will be fine.

 

Take the roosting bars out though.....they will never manage them and may injure themselves trying.

 

Put plenty of bedding, such as Aubiose, on the poo tray for them to snuggle into at night.

I don't take the roosting bars out - I just fill up to the top of the bars with Aubiose so that it is easier for them.

yeah they are away from heat now they are silkie bantams and they go out into my rabbit's hutch during the day to get them out and exploring
