Here are three of the potato varieties we've grown this year!

The 'blue' is an Edzell Blue which is a lovely purple colour. They didn't grow very big so i had to choose two smaller red and white potatoes to go with it! We've also grown a dustbin full of Smile - a red potato with a white 'smile' on it but hadn't harvested those at the time.

 

 

Underneath the potatoes are the four cranberries we've picked - we have another ten to pick......I'll save them for Christmas

We went to pick the damsons at a friends small holding yesterday. Last year I was begging 'please no more damsons' as they are such a pain to de-stone. There were bucket loads.

 

This year there was about 20 damsons over 4 trees. About enough for half a jar of jam.
