i've had my eglu for about 4 months now and i noticed when i moved it the other day there is water sloshing around the base. I tried tipping it upside down to get the water out - but no success.

has anyone else had this problem? what happens in the cold weather it will be like an ice cube tray?

I sometimes find water trapped in the top of my eglu after I've jetwashed it. I just drilled a hole in the lower-most point and it drains out now.

If you can find where it's getting in, then empty it out and plug both holes with some silicone sealant.

i have the same problem but i was concerned about drilling a hole because i thought this would make it not as insulated for my rabbits? it hasn't frozen yet but if it freezes and causes damage eglus are meant to last for 10 years so i thought they should still be under warranty as it would be a manufacturing fault
