wombatally
Well I went on Sunday to get them and instead of the two or three I got five!! I really shouldn't be allowed out alone. 1 of each Cream Legbar, Copper Black Marans, Araucana, Black Orp and a Welsummer. Lovely mix of eggs. Thanks Cprdelia for the breeder info! In March when I started out with 4 I'd never have thought I'd have 14 by now. OH shook his head in disgust. But they're here ha ha. No names yet - am struggling with that one. Photos coming soon when the rain stops!!

Egluntyne
Easily done. If you keep them moving, you will be able to sneak a few more in without him noticing. Him Indoors thinks we have 12. They are "our" hens when he is boasting about them and mine when they need cleaning out.
