Please help.

My son of 29 is recently vegetarian. Hes coming home for 3 days over Christmas (yipee). However, OH is strictly meat and 2 veg and because I'm lazy I've never learnt to cook interesting food so will still be doing turkey etc.

So is there a thread that can give me recipes to use for son (no garlic) or can you point me in the right direction. I have Christmas Eve off work so I want to cook something rather than just buy tofu sausages or whatever.

I haven't got time to look just at the moment - the author name will be Lesley if you use the Search option........

 

....and don't use the veggie option from most hotel and restaurant Christmas menus - they are generally not worth paying for
