mange
geting really excited and bit nervous- MY eglu and my 2 girls arrive on 13th Nov ! They'll be living in a massive area covered in bark but no grass other than when let out to free range over garden when we're around and about. BUT I want really good eggies when they eventually lay and remember reading a posting about food for good coloured yolks but can't remember what they said - was it greens?????? Egluntyne
Greens will do the trick. Broccoli, Spinach ( in moderation) and cabbage...all do the trick.

alih
Mine love broccoli - you will be amaed at the brightness of the yellow after all those dull supermarket eggs - I still smile when I break them open - made a gorgeous pudding today with 6 eggs and the custard made with the yolks was beautiful!
