Might have to pop back tomorrow and buy a pair. If I took them home tonight I might have had a bit of explaining to do to OH

Cinnamon
Mine came from Uggstore today too & they are fab, & there was no import duty on them either Mine are called Off roaders, & have a really nice chunky sole & heeel which looks very durable for the winter. I have treated them with an Ugg spray to make them water & dirt resistant too. The Chestnut is a super colour & they are so warm, comfy & snuggly too - bring on the cold weather! I am so pleased with them that I wnet onto the site to see what other colours they have, but they don't seem to be on there any more

Mrs Frugal
The Ugg label on the boots from the uggstore.com is different from the ones on Phonix's site Having looked at the official site in Oz, it matches the ones on Phoenix's site. I must add that I have a pair from uggstore.com site and unfortunately ended up paying duty. Are ours authentic do you think Cinnamon? No they aren't authentic . Mine have just arrived from Uggstore.com.au and they are different from my genuine Uggs which I bought last year. I ordered a size larger than I already have and the Uggstore ones are tight and uncomfortable despite being larger - my genuine Uggs were so comfortable when I first put them on that I didn't want to take them off again. I couldn't get these new boots off quickly enough! I am sending them back as they will make my feet ache. I also had to pay £11.08 duty on them before they'd deliver which was a pain. The ones on Phoenix's site are genuine as they have the larger middle G on the label. I'll order some of those instead as I know they will be comfortable. Cinnamon
Thats a shame Kate. Funny isn't it - they fit me beautifully & much better than my genuine Uggs do Also I haven't had to pay duty on either of the deliveries I have had, but I guess thats the luck of the draw. Mrs Frugal
I have very funny feet, Sarah . I think the Ugg boots are wider than the Uggstore ones and that's why I find them more comfortable. My feet are flat as kippers and ache if they are squished into anything that's narrow. The duty thing does seem to be luck of the draw. My local post office is incredibly picky and will make you pay for anything if they can get away with it .
Cinnamon
That will be it then - I have long slim feet & the proper Uggs flap about a bit on them. Shame though Kate, as I love & adore my off roaders, & they are perfect for this waether. Ah well, live & learn I guess
Mrs Frugal
It's no problem sending them back despite them coming from the other side of the world so I'm not particularly bothered. The money saving would have been wonderful if they'd been a bit wider. I would love long slim feet . Having great boats on the end of my legs makes it difficult to find shoes which are comfortable. Thank goodness for Crocs as they are ideal for the flat footed amongst us .
Egluntyne
My daughter's came yesterday. They aren't the genuine article because the letters "G" are both the same size. She won't care, and neither do I because of the price. They fitted me nicely, so they will fit my daughter. So far I haven't had to pay any duty.
