Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

I have made Taglietelli tonight in Rhapsody's old pasta machine - its great and I used 300g plain flour and 3 eggs - nothing else and rolled it through the straight rollers in the machine and it has 2 more settings on the same machine - one for taglietelli and one for noodles/spaghetti and so I have made a little taglietelli and cooked it and it tastes just fine - I have put the rest in the fridge for tonight and I will make a lasagne tomorrow and with the mince I have left spaghetti bolognaise.

 

Thank you Rhapsody its fantastic - better than the ones I had looked at as its really sturdy.

I love my pasta machine.........Glad that you are getting some use out of Rapsody's.

 

I found some oo flour in Sainsburys and it is worth trying, you get a more elastic pasta and it seems to cut easier.

thats good to know but sainsbury's is unfortunately a round trip of 120 miles unfortunately but I will prob get it in the local deli shop if I try on Monday.

I posted another message on freecycle this week but still no joy, I never see them at the boot sale or in the charity shop either.
