Stay away from loo paper when snotty! I have a stinking cold and my nose is sore even though I've been using proper tissues - goodness knows what it would be like if I'd used loo roll / kitchen towel.

 

I do find that lanolin cream (as used by breastfeeding mothers :wink: ) is great for sore noses! :D
