BT do have a section on their website about phishing - just advice about not clicking on anything and deleting the email - and I have reported it even though they don't really have a section to report any scams.

It has to be a scam and I wouldn't touch it with the proverbial barge pole.

 

If it isn't a scam then I still wouldn't reply to it - they should not be asking you personal questions over the internet.
