Shanijo
Hi folks just been out to clean the eglu and run and let our 2 chucks out into the garden. I noticed the the pepperpot has lost her feathers a the back between her legs is this normal? I've checked her out and she looks ok and is very lively. So could anybody please advise. It would be much appreciated. Regards Sharon & Nigel Lily Belle
chelsea
probably a moult, I've got a couple moulters, its that time of the year. I would give her the once over just in case (for lice/mites).
Egluntyne
Mine are all moulting and look very dishevelled at present. It isn't anything to worry about.
Jules.
Buzz & Poppy moulted for the first time this year. Buzz got it over & done with quite quickly & looks really glossy now. Poor Poppy was taking ages, & I thought she had finished her moult, but no, we have feathers everywhere again today, & she has no tail left I'll give her some tuna & extra poultry spice to boost her up again.
