Soggy run

[Tara123]

My new arrived today but sadly I have already had to phone Omlet as it had 2 faults

Firstly the large plastic roofing bar had a big chunk of plastic broken off of it and the second was the poo tray didn't sit correctly at the narrow end near the door.

Omlet are going to send me out replacement parts but I was just wondering if anyone else had the same or similar problems with their tray? The lady who I spoke to seemed a bit baffled by it and I have to send it back for testing.

Many thanks for your comments in advance.

How disappointing for you . Will you get the replacements before Christmas?

Can't say I've heard of anyone having problems like that before . Sounds like a one-off duff .

Hi Ain't "Ooops, word censored!"ody Here,

Omlet are sending out replacement parts tomorrow, so probably will arrive Saturday now. I'm not to bothered by that as the girls aren't moving into it until hopefully next week anyway. Plus the bars that are broken are still usable as a spare set as the bit that's broken off, although large is on the underside. Just a bit disappointed about the tray bit, more of an inconvenience if anything due to having to return it by post

Looking forward to it all being sorted out and the girls moving in before the new year

That is a shame. I hope it is sorted quickly for you.
