Poet, you are so right. I had tears in my eyes all through this episode. I have been waiting for Mary to play for ages and I'm sad that it means she'll be going home now. I'm liking Mr Edmonds more and more. He's a natural with people and how lovely to see the way in which he treated Mary. Fabidoo it was. Loved it.

It was brilliant wasn't it. I was waiting to take my DD to Ebbsfleet to catch the Eurostar but we were so gripped by this episode. Wasn't she fantastic. I nearly died when she accidently said no deal but it must have been fate.

 

We had to leave once she got to 50 & 75. I had to record it for DD and text her when I got back and watched it. Its so nice when somebody so lovely wins.

I only dip into this now & then but have seen a few of the Christmas shows. Was Mary the frail old lady? She seemed like such a sweetheart. If it was her that won such a large amount, I'm so pleased for her! Really wish I'd seen it...
