sandyhas3chucks
pop them a quick email, if no one tells them, they might not know there is a problem.
The Dogmother
I have since found that another member of the Forum has had the same problem with her hen that was purchased around the same time as me from Omlet!!!! When i spoke to Omlet they seemed to think this was a one off!!! Email to james@omlet.co.uk and let him know
Mrs AVP
I have sent him two emails over the past few weeks and he doesn't respond!! I have spoken to Hayley and she is aware but they seem to think its a one off, and not to worry.
The Dogmother
James has been away, but I undrestand that he's back in the office now. I do know that johannes is in though, so try emailing him johannes@omlet.co.uk. If something like that has happened in a short pace of time after one of their hens has been delivered, then they will usually offer to replace the hen and cover vet bills. They will also check their holding stock at the mothership.
Mrs AVP
Thanks Claret. They are covering the cost of the vet bill and refunding the cost of my hen. The alternative was just to have a replacement hen and no refund of vets bill!! Obviously this doesn't look good that this has happened to someone else on the Forum that picked the hens up around the same time as i did!!
