Just wanted to share with everyone what a fantastic read this is (I read it in two days and am now disappointed that i've nothing to read!!). Its written as diary in one year of Francine's life. It follows the seasons and what is seasonal to eat and is great to dip in and out of for simple recepies using eggs tips about chickens and gardening and life in general. Loved it and thought you might too Shes an insparation.
