I liked the fact that there was a consolidation of info on eggs in one place, so have now made a note of it in my chooky notebook for future reference. I always look forward to getting the post at the beginning of the month as my mag always arrives usually by the 1st or 2nd. My work colleagues think I'm crazy !!!! helenmb Posted February 5, 2009 Author Share Posted February 5, 2009 Hi Sandy - I have a really good DEFRA guide to eggs, egg defects and egg quality. I have uploaded it to my gallery as a PDF file. If you click on this link all you need to do is click on the Download file and so long as you have Acrobat reader it should be able to be opened. I think tht perhaps "our Egluntine" could gather all her knowledge & "do a paper" for some scientific publication and be famousd outside the forum!
