Janty
I helped out at Little Hen Rescue in Norfolk today and Anglia news were filming. On the news tonight there is a blink and you'd miss it shot of me gabbing and a shot of my plait as we were unloading the trailer. I took along the cockerel that I had (see chickens thread) and he was rehomed by 10.30. He went to a lovely home where he will be pampered and he can crow to his heart's content. I was so pleased. Nicola O
Just Googled for Anglia News and watched it. A fantastic heartlifting story. And I saw you Jan, well saw your plait behind the woman talking to the camera. And well done with Shelley, frankenstein chicken, a happy ending there as well. Nicola . Ms Marple
I have just googled to spot a fellow Omleteer! I will know that plait anywhere from now on. Although I must ask, 'Does it have a regional accent?' I am hoping that I may be able to add some ex batts to my own girls before the end of this year. fluffyknickers
I know I am hormonal (!) but been crying tonight at the photos of people's ex-batts on here and then this video. Even showed husband who has no interest whatsoever and he said it was sad. Here is the link I think it looks great and hope they all get lovely new homes. http://www.itvlocal.com/anglia/news/ x
