Richard T Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 I've always assumed that I show up as a guest when I've got the forum on but am not logged in. I often have the forum on in the background on the office computer during the day when I'm at work and look at it from time to time. (I'm one of those people who always has loads of applications open so I can jump quickly from one to the other. It's a lot easier than closing things down and opening them up every time you want to have a look.) But I don't bother logging in unless I want to post something because I wouldn't want anyone to think I was there when I wasn't. And I log out when I've finished posting, but usually keep the forum on. I do sometimes wonder who the hidden people are, and who the other guests are, and where everybody goes on a Friday afternoon.
