little jerry
Just come in from scrubbing the eglu. Its been the first really nice day for a while. What a satisfying feeling. Just poured a nice red to enjoy the moment and watch the girls potter about in the last rays of sunshine. I was advised to put a liitle bit of milton in the water by a zoo chicken keeper. Any other suggestions for cleaning?
Cooks
I use Ecover washing up liquid with some lavender oil in :)it makes the eglu smell lush! I also have Aloe Vera and Citronella oils which I use as well. Thats for a handwash, other times the jetwash/powerwasher is used to blast it clean! It's very therapeutic blasting things with the power washer! Edited March 10, 2009 by Guest
finger lickin good
I just use washing up liquid and find that it does the job well, occasionaly i use animal friendly disinfectant (thing it is just diluted down quite a bit). Suppose milton is the same thing but would assume you would have to dilute it quite a lot.
chelsea
I use Ecover aswell. Blasting with a power washing really cuts down the cleaning time also!
