It is quite interesting, but, I thought, like you, the copyright warnings were a bit over the top weren't they

 

I think we can all do this sort of recipe, especially if you've brought up kids on a tight budget

We have a cookbook called 'Take Four' by Joanna Farrow which is the same principal but it does cheat and suggest bottled pasta sauces for some recipes. I have cooked loads of the recipes from the book and they are great.

Just looked for this book on amazon and its around a whopping £27.00!!!!!!

We got ours for £3.50 in the local charity shop and you do see it around quite often, there is a hard and soft backed version.

 

We buy most of out cookbooks in charity shops, quite often they are unused and they usually cost about the same as a cookery magazine which is all adverts.
